This is a station which welds a vertical seam. Seam length is a variable controlled by the setup. The Tooling moves to accommodate the product size, and provides clamping inside and outside the product.

This station measures a product using contact sensors. The accuracy is to within 0.001", and is capable of various different product sizes.
This station uses 4 robot to weld the seam of an electrical enclosure. A touch sense is performed prior to welding to ensure proper weld locations. Product size varies from 12" x 12" x 4" to 36" x 72" x 24".
This robot is removing parts from a welding station, and hanging them onto a moving paint conveyor for powder coating. The parts range in size, and the robot adjust it's drop off point to suit.
